Vanessa is a highly experienced behaviour change and marketing consultant who worked as Head of Brand at both the Carbon Trust and Shelter UK, and in senior planning roles at TBWA, Lambie-Nairn, O&M and Hooper Galton.Her most recent work includes running the ‘Recycle Your Electricals’ campaign which included (more to come here).Vanessa defines the communications strategies for New Society’s clients using behaviour change and digital marketing principles alongside AI and big data. She has a Post Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Cambridge.
